Like you are going to a place trying to steal a bag that you know the owner is likely in the area, actively looking for the bag itself, and has the documentation to prove ownership if you come into a conflict. There is also an abundance of security around. Oh and there are cameras everywhere. And you are risking all that to get a suitcase full of random clothes. It just isn't worth it.
