Relatively large group, probably 60-70 people. Trying to come up with some more active games

Hide the pacifier. Somewhere in this room, we have hidden one pacifier. Whoever finds it wins

my water broke- freeze mini babies in ice cubes, first person to thaw their cube and release baby wins

Dont say baby- everyone gets a clothespin. When someone hears you say baby, they may remove your pin. Last person with pin wins

Couples change baby- make groups of two, but tie hands and make it so each couple only gets one hand per person. Think conjoined twins, left person left hand, right person right hand.

Candy in a jar- guess how many pieces candy are in the jar, closest guess wins

Stroller race? Obstacles etc
Balloon pop/toss?
Parent trivia?

cornhole and rope/ladder game, coloring books for kids

Smash Bros but everyone is tiny and the only items are Poison Mushrooms, food and Party Balls.

From my experience it devolves into a pretty standard barbecue type of situation for the guys. It's not so bad. You drink and bullshit with friends

Where I'm from the guys always hold a separate event called a diaper party. The price of attending is a package of diapers and then you just drink, grill, play poker, smash bros, or whatever.

too many kids and grandparents for that, unfortunately. Itd be pretty fun.

staying away from that and the game where you essentially hump each other to pop a balloon

yeah were just doing one big party for everyone, so trying to make it as agreeable/enjoyable for all as possible. Not just catered to one side

maybe some card games could be an option though. We will have alcohol as well. Probably some wine, beer, and champagne

Lmao, this is true. I was just at a shower this weekend and man was there too many boring gifts being opened. We only had like 15 people there too.

You could also play the "measure the belly" game. You let everyone cut a piece of ribbon or toilet paper to the length that they think will wrap around the mom's belly. Person closest wins.

Then there's also the tried and true party game: Bingo. Just make it baby themed.

Speak for yourself. I went to my friend's baby shower and had a blast. They actually had to ban me from playing the games because I kept winning

Ive played something similar, but this looks like an extremely hard version of it lol.

you had a ball to swing, and you were wearing this weird harness/belt with a solo cup attached. Get the ball in the cup.
