Started at 183 on March 16 - some of which was water weight because I had come off of a bachelor party weekend where I binge ate and drank
180lbs on March 22nd
174.4 as of yday
I think in 2 more days I'll be about 174 flat which would mean 6 lbs in 1 month, excluding the initial 3 lbs in 5 days which would've made it 9 lbs in 5 weeks.

Diet has been strict for 3 of the last 5 weeks. For a 2 week stretch I started eating like shit again, including donuts, binge alcohol, fast food burgers, fries, taco bell etc. Although I kept my daily quantity of food in moderation. I dropped to 174 quickly, then gained 2 lbs now dropping again. It was a stressful 2 weeks while making an offer for a house then going back and fourth on contingencies. I'm still highly stressed about it because loan underwriting is taking forever but at the very least I'm able to sleep and keep working out.

Goal is to get to 159, so another 15 lbs over the next 3 months. Then I'll start a slow clean bulk.

Right on! How tall are you? Do you have any time for exercise now?

I let my heavy lifts go between October and March, but I'm getting back into them now. I'm also going to enroll in wrestling school in June, so I've been doing extra cardio and bodyweight and have my trainers focused on explosiveness and knee/ankle agility.

Depending on how long it took you to get sick, you might not have digested all the nutrients in the food, but it is NOT good to eat more today. Go easy on your guts today and reintroduce food without too much fat tomorrow.

You will need more water and salt (broth, miso, half a teaspoon tablesalt in water) from all the liquid loss, though.

6'0. So even at 175 I'm not overweight, just normal body habitus. I would estimate my BF% is high teens to low 20s. I'm trying to get to like 12% or so.

I'm back on a cut as of Monday.

Took three weeks off and gained over 15 lbs. Down 5 already. This is by far the most water weight I've been able to hold. Usually it's around 10 but I'm more muscle than ever. I ate somewhat poorly during the time I took off, but that's at most a couple pounds of fat. Gonna try and stay on my diet until the end of June

I recently had my BP, cholesterol, and A1c checked and they are all perfect so that actually hurt my motivation. A month ago I had been feeling bad and I checked a fasting blood glucose and it was 103 and that had me panicked because that's approaching prediabetic range and my grandma has diabetes. So I went on a fitness binge. Now my fasting was like 80 something.

Just measured at 173.4 today, so that's officially 10 lbs in 1 month. With at least 2 weeks of non strict dieting but portion control.

The next 10 is going to be much harder. I also haven't been in the 160s since I was like 19, I'm 33 now.

Congrats! I'm also at 10 pounds in a month, it's clearly becoming much harder to get below this point and I'm calorie restricting, cooking all my meals, and going to the gym daily, cycling between arms, cardio, legs, cardio, arms etc. I'm looking to lose 45 more to get to my ideal weight (according to the web at least). I haven't been that light since college, but I should be even more fit than I was then because of the lifting.

Anyone else do EMOM exercises here? (205 pullups an hour is my record so far)
That's a real calorie burner. I need to eat 4 good sized meals just to maintain my weight.
I switch between those and just a regular progressive overload routine. Making some pretty good strength gains.

I ended up shedding 11lbs in total last week, which is the most I've ever done in a single week. I'm pretty close to where I was before my binge. Probably have a little water weight left in me too, After this week I should be right back where I was. Lifting wise, I actually pushed more weight than normal on a few lifts. So no strength loss there.

Ordered some instant protein Mac n cheese. They should be here tomorrow. I like that scientists have figured out more ways to jam protein into things.
