I can but Ive been always been a bad runner, it would be mighty slow. My fastest time was in bootcamp at 19, it was a 6:30 mile. Ended with a 14:10 two mile.

I run a mile or two every couple days on our gym track. Super slow at like 8 minutes lmao

I don't know if I could run at the proper pace to go a mile or if I would untrained blow myself out going too fast.

I used to run a 6 minute mile but that was 15 years ago.

Nah. I started doing intervals to increase my endurance, but I haven't ran in a few months. I wouldn't hit 1 mile without needing to catch my breath.

You'd have to define run. As I've gotten older I've pretty much stayed with high intensity but short distance exercises. I can't even remember the last time I "ran" a mile.

I'd rather swim for endurance training tbh.

I can use my elliptical for the equivalent of jogging 3 miles without stopping (easily more if I didn't have to worry about leg cramps at night), but my current weight makes running inadvisable.

I can jog a mile in about 10 minutes. I can keep a 12 minute once for like 3 miles. I'm dead inside from it though. I can walk a mile in like 16 minutes and be fine. Fuck running it

If I had to? Yes. I get really bad shin splints after about a half mile though. I walk 9 miles 3 days a week and 4 miles 2 days a week averaging a 4.5 mile an hour pace. I've gotten caught out in storms and had to jog/run all the way back. Hail fucking hurts.
