And almost every day I work this job, I'm reminded of all these aspects. Yes, the difference between cashew chicken and garlic mushroom chicken is indeed that one has more vibrant veggies and visible cashews, and the other has visible chunks of garlic plus a few flakes of spice from the chili sauce. Yes, we open at 11 and are trying to get things up and running before then, so why are you bothering us at 10 (or worse, 9)? Yes, this menu that is supposed to help people requires a degree in esoteric riddle solving for the customers to follow, leaving us to waste time and energy explaining each and every thing on it. I could also do without people from the Deli proper calling out sick, requiring our closer to have to go over there earlier, causing in turn for us to have to shut down that much sooner.
