Just watched 6. Loved it.

Ive loved them all, even the much maligned 3.

You'd think it'd peter out but it just keeps reinventing and bringing new ideas.

Yeah, 3 is the only legitimately "bad" movie (imo), and even then, I still very much enjoy it.

Agreed. I saw Scream 6 a few weeks back and I enjoyed the hell out of it. Recently I watched Scream 1, 2, and 4 (random I know) back to back and I'm surprised how different they all are besides sharing the same elements. I especially enjoyed 6 for referencing Scream 2 in so many ways

All of them are great movies. Even 3. Three felt like it was satiring itself in some ways. It became cartoonish where before Scream was making fun of the genre while 3 was making fun of the franchise.

IV is a personal favorite though.
