For a St Judes fundraiser Challenge. I'm thinking 200 in a half hour for 15 hours with rest in-between. Need some advice on nutrition and maybe pre day prep for this. I'll try and get tons of rest and I probably won't do any push exercises for a few days before so I'm fresh. Any other ideas? What is the correct range of motion for a push up btw? In high school athletics, I assumed it was "chest hits the ground".
