The john wick world is our world, they movies are just focused on the side we dont see.

Theres like millions of assassins. To maintain that industry must mean theres high demand.

There is a theory that the world of John Wick is Hell. That he died but doesn't remember and he is working through guilt and grief. At the end of the story he would remember that he died and then reunite with his wife
