That was a way better decision. Jak always did so-so in sales, and went in a questionable direction with the second game, so it seemed best to just move on from it. --- ...I think I'm done here... ... Copied to Clipboard!

I take that as a good thing for a few reasons. First and foremost, they haven't forgotten about Jak and were actively working on a reboot. They knew not to force something if it didn't fit. Jak and Dactsr isn't a forgotten game, but it definitely doesn't get mentioned among the platformer greats like it should have. Honestly, it's kind of a testament to that console generation that there were so many good games that a blockbuster series from one of Sony's top studios doesn't get much attention in that crowded field. --- *runs out of topic naked* ...
