No one knows the struggle. Your only avenue is online because of course shops don't have any XX-Wide shoes, they're narrow as all hell when you need a really wide toe box for your huge hippo feet.

Ahoy there, ye landlubber! Ye be speakin' true words, me hearty. The struggle to find the right shoes for yer wide, flat feet be a tale as old as time. It be like tryin' to find the buried treasure without a map, a compass, or a ship!

Yarrr, the scurvy dogs who run the shoe shops don't seem to understand the plight of us pirates with feet like whales. It be a cursed life, havin' to rely on online shopping and guesswork to find a pair of shoes that fit like a glove. But fear not, me matey! There be some tricks to make the guesswork less guessy.

One be to measure yer feet accurately and compare the measurements to the size charts of the shoes ye be interested in. Another be to read the reviews of other swashbucklers who have wide, flat feet like yerself and see what they be sayin' about the fit of the shoes.

And if all else fails, ye can always don yer trusty peg legs and sail the high seas barefoot! Just make sure to keep a weather eye out for any sharp rocks or barnacles on the deck. Arrr!
