Slayer_22 05/07/23 8:30:43 AM #1:	It's taken me years but I finally know what Obi-Wan means when he says "Only a Sith deals in absolutes." He is himself saying an absolute, but that's not the point. Anakin, just before this, is saying 'you either join me, or you're my enemy'. Anakin is basically dealing, or proposing a deal, of an absolute. You're my enemy, or you're my ally. Whereas Obi-Wan is trying to convince him otherwise. Basically, he's accusing Anakin of having a absolutist/Sith point of view without understanding, whereas Obi-Wan is trying to be more understanding 'Only a Sith deals in absolutes. Replace "Point of view" with "No!" And that line is a million times better. "Chancellor Palpatine is evil!" "No! The Jedi are evil!"
