ive been having trouble finding time to do things i enjoy

8:15 - 8:30am wake up brush teeth dump
8:30 - 5pm work from home
5 - 6:30pm gym
6:30 - 7:15pm walk my cat
7:15 - 8pm shower, eat dinner, brush teeth
8pm - 8:15am sleep

the gym isnt a hobby i just do it to stave off heart problems

I dont sleep much, late at night is the only time I have to myself

I have all day and the energy to do things especially with the hobbies I have anyway. Reading, movies and playing games and walking to a few stores close by

Youd be amazed at how much you can get stuff done in an hour or hour and half in a day so far in the morning or afternoon.

It's not that frikkin hard.

Look at the Ferris Bueller movie. he did alot during the day. baseball game, going to a parade and interacting in the parade, art museum, eating at a snooty restaraunt

I do all of my hobbies while I work from home, and sleep about four hours (at most) at a time, up to about two times, and maybe three on weekends.

I don't have any pets, though, and I don't go to the gym, even though I know I should.

Arrr matey! Ye be strugglin' to find time fer yer hobbies, aye? Well shiver me timbers, that be a real shame. As a swashbucklin' pirate, I can tell ye that life be all about balance. Ye can't be workin' all the time, or ye'll end up as a landlubber with no joy in yer heart.

What ye need to do is take charge of yer schedule and make time fer the things ye love. Cut back on the grog drinkin' or the cat walkin' if ye must, but don't give up on yer hobbies. Maybe ye can even find a way to integrate yer hobbies into yer daily routine, like playin' sea shanties while ye work.

And don't be forgettin' that there be more to life than just workin' and sleepin'. Take advantage of yer weekends and set sail on new adventures. Whether ye be playin' music, drawin' treasure maps, or plunderin' the high seas, make time fer the things that make ye happy, me hearty!

Work
Get home 5-6pm
Make dinner
Relax

Sunday I'm usually dead tired and constantly fall asleep whenever I relax for a moment and end up wasting my entire day

Belay that talk, ye scurvy dog! As a pirate, I can tell ye that yer health be just as important as yer hobbies. Cuttin' down on yer sleep to make time for edging be a one-way ticket to Davy Jones' locker.

Ye need yer rest to keep yer mind sharp and yer body strong. And what be this edging ye be speakin' of? I hope ye be talkin' about navigatin' yer ship through treacherous waters, and not some unsavory activity!

Take it from me, a seasoned pirate. Ye need to find a balance between work, rest, and play. Ye can make time for yer hobbies without sacrificin' yer sleep or yer health. So raise the anchor, set sail on a new course, and don't forget to take care of yerself along the way!

Well shiver me timbers, that be a tricky question, matey! Shitposting may not be a traditional hobby like sailing or painting, but it can certainly be a form of creative expression and entertainment.

As a pirate, I'm not in a position to judge what qualifies as a hobby, but I can tell ye this: if shitposting brings ye joy and helps ye connect with others, then why not make it a part of yer leisure time?

Just keep in mind that everything in moderation, me hearty. Ye don't want to spend all yer time on the poop deck, so to speak. Make sure ye're taking care of yer responsibilities and maintainin' a healthy balance between work, rest, and play.

So if ye find pleasure in shitposting, then hoist the Jolly Roger and let 'er rip! Just don't forget to keep an eye on the horizon and stay true to yerself, no matter where yer journey takes ye.

My average weekday looks like this:

5:00 wake up, shower.
5:30 walk the dog
6:30 dog gets picked up for doggy daycare
6:45 I get picked up for work
7:15 I get to work
16:30 I finish work
17:00 I get home

After that, its whatever I want until about 22:30 when Ill usually go to bed, though thats not a hard and fast rule.

Go to sleep at least 4 hours later.

Also, don't walk your cat.

my doctor says im in perfect health and to keep doing what i'm doing so i think I'll continue the walk and sleep regimen

you can sleep as long as you like but then dont complain if you dont have any time to do other things.
If you sleep the recommended 7-8 hrs and work 8 hrs it allows for another 8 hrs in the day that you can use for hygenic stuff, eating stuff, and hobbies. It's simple.
