That question can generally be answered by answering two follow-up questions: are you suffering negative consequences because of your habit and does trying to stop cause you distress? If you answer yes to either of those, you may want to consider that it's too many.

That said, even if you say no to both, if these are takeout, frozen, or otherwise full of a bunch of processed ingredients, you're probably not doing your long-term health any favors even if you're fit and staying within your calorie zone. That's especially true if eating these crowds out healthier foods.

No, that's not a lot. A 9 inch pizza is basically "personal pan" sized and is fine for a meal if that's your option.
