-Remember when Valve used to give us updates?
-I mean the real thing, no cosmetics or crates
-The updates were reveals, over a few days
-It was before Valve Time, before the delays
-I remember when they updated the Scout
-The playerbase huddled, lots to think about
-People guessed it, he got a bat and a gun
-Soda too and what was that about a stun?
-The update went live and immediately
-FaN jumps and baseballs as far as you could see
-There were thousands of Scouts, maybe millions
-Some looked like Scouts, but they were Civilians
-It didn't matter if you had them outgunned
-Even if you bercharged, you still got stunned
-Unless they were standing up against the wall
-Fascinated, right clicking, spamming the ball
-The Medics were screamed at and the Engineer
-"Hard Hat" they called him "NEED A DISPENSER HERE!"
-Taunt kills sent Snipers into space, they were gone
-Flaming Scouts yelled out "W+M1!"
-Crits served the Soldier and the Demoman well
-But the Scouts were glued back together in hell
-The Scouts fell fast but there were no bereavements
-They only cared about getting achievements
-And grass grew, birds flew and sun shined and brother
-Those updates were fun, wouldn't mind another.

As someone who tried to get into this game twice and hated it both times I was not a fan of this internet era.

I was at a work event talking video games with a coworker and mentioned playing TF2 and it took far too long before he was like "you are talking about Titanfall 2" and I realized how old I was.
