Even with no alarm and no reason to be up I'm still waking up around 5 every morning.

It's annoying.

I've tried this. Maybe I dosed wrong, but the sleep sucked and I always felt dopey and lethargic the next day. I tried decreasing the dosage, but then it did nothing.

I've tried this too. Still wake up at the same time, so it's just less sleep.

It's also not the light waking me up, it doesn't start getting light until around 6 right now.

It takes me about 6-7 weeks to break that habit, just in time for being back at work and actually needing to do it.

Yeah I'm not really wanting to dose with anything.
