What a fuckin Poltergeist ripoff. It has all these elements:

A tree is involved
Entity wants a child in the house
Toys coming alive
Crazy psychic is brought in
"Go into the light"
Bright Poltergeist doorway
Graves on the property
Dad digging for graves in the rain is like the pool scene in Poltergeist
Family flees house and winds up in hotel at the end

What an unoriginal piece of shit. Can't find anything about this "true story either".

As a Poltergeist fan I'm legit mad this trash was ever filmed

ok i will avoid

Today I saw:

House on [something i forgot] Street. legit forgot the title despite seeing it like 4 hours ago.
Horror on the high desert 2:minerva

Both are found footage movies. both sucked. idk why i just stuck with them i just had nothing else to do today.

i did enjoy the first horror on the high desert but even that film is pretty boring and only last 10 mins something happens lol. at least it had somewhat creepy build up. overall i don't recommend the 1st movie unless you are fan of ff movies and have already seen like the majority of the highly rated ones (among ff fans) and dont got anything else to watch

Looks pretty cheesey, but I would have loved it back in 96. Is that the Liar Liar kid?

The House on Mansfield Street? I see it has 3.5 stars. Usually anything under 4 stars on Prime is kind of bad.

I watched Vanishing on 7th Street earlier and it wasn't bad. The end pissed me off though

I think he's some nobody. Beau Bridges is the only one I recognized
