This guy does the bare minimum and I work my butt off everyday but he makes a dollar more a hour than me because he's been there longer. Should I ask for a raise what would you do if you found out someone makes more than you and doesn't do half the work you do?

That assumes capitalism is a meritocracy. You would do well to recognize that it isn't.

I found out a person that worked underneath me made more money than me and I got like 8 months of pay reimbursed after I raised hell lmao

Be careful about stooging on someone. If they find out, they can make your life there miserable. If its one of those jobs where seniority is the major factor in everything, and raises are not performance based it may be a case of "too bad, so sad".

If thats the case, just slow your work down to their level and say fuck it.

Warehouse worker he's a warehouse supervisor but is terrible delegates all his work to everyone else and plays on his phone most of the day.

if someone told you you'd get better pay if you worked your butt off, and you're not getting it, then you should complain
