I have a Twitter account that I use 100% for reading tweets/following people. I never post tweets and I never comment on other people's tweets. About a month ago, I got a pop up that my account had been suspended for breaking TOS. No reference to what specifically they think I did or what rule I broke. I appealed it, and after 4 weeks, they just emailed saying "yeah, well, you broke the rules so you're not getting your account back" What kind of customer service is this?
