The choices you have to make as an evil character range from morally questionable to outright genocidal. I do like doing evil playthroughs of games but I always feel at least a little bad about some of the actions you have to take. Right now I'm doing a murder hobo run through Divinity OS 2 in order to maximize exp by killing almost everyone. Got to the part in act 2 where you save Saheila and return her to her tribe, but now I'm gonna have to murder them and Saheila's mother right in front of her (for that sweet exp). I know it's just a game but it even just actively exploring these scenarios is somewhat tough.

All my Mass Effect characters were Paragon. Had to force myself to take the Renegade path for one playthrough, called my character Bitchface so I could stomach it. Made him the ugliest mofo the character creator would allow. Only used him in ME1 and 2, never made it to 3 with him.

I get a lot of practice by role-playing as an evil character irl

I loved doing it in KotOR, but could never bring myself to do it in Mass Effect.

It's way more entertaining

Lol well tbf, that's a big time/emotional investment to play through the trilogy with a renegade character, as opposed to just a single game.

The dark side choices in Kotor were downright comical though.

"(Force Persuade) Give me all your money, shoot your friend, and jump off that building."

The story of my life when it comes to Mass Effect, as I always wind up playing as a Paragon, though the one time I did play through as a Renegade, I did enjoy how often you were able to get away with being a massive dick to virtually everybody you meet thanks to your Spectre status.
