The problem here is that if/when the supreme court strikes down Biden's student loan forgiveness plan, he could have then said well the loans are paused until we figure something else out. Now the supreme court most likely kills the plan, and now Biden can't issue another pause. ... Copied to Clipboard!

If it was an innocent president like Obama then holding the GOP's meddling against him would be unreasonable.
