My mother has been a smoker of varying levels of intensity (I think it's half a pack a day now but I know it's been as much as a pack and-a-half/day) since she was fourteen. She's 5'0" and barely weighs 110lbs, but I remember her being even skinnier when I was a kid. She barely eats though; nicotine tends to work as an appetite suppressant.
