Let's talk about that. I know it's not completely hands off capitalism and Marxism hasn't worked so what can be done to raise the standard of living for those living in the least developed countries in Africa?

Yes I'm aware that Sub-Saharan Africa has relatively well off places and some countries that are poor but stable. I don't think everyone except the 1%ers there is starving or dying.

Were there any sense of governments in Africa being relatively stable and not prone to nationalizing everything, the entire continent would be full of factories making superfluous consumer goods by now.

The only way I see this happening is if humans die off and chimpanzees become the dominant species on Earth.

I don't see any human culture in Africa doing that.
