Robbery is never something that should be "pranked" about.

At face value and watching the video, and as much as I hate to say it, this is a clear cut application of SYG or similar defenses. This was not the shooter starting a fight, shooting a fleeing victim, blasting someone through their door, shooting at a moving vehicle, or any of the other silly reasons we've seen defense laws be or try to be used, but a case where a pair of strangers came up with knives to a group.

Why would anyone do this? Those bullets don't play pretend when they tear you apart.

while im relived it was praker that was shot.... is this something that should be said about a person who carries a gun? Dont you carry a gun with the knowledge that if you use it, a person will likely die anyway?

Yes, but a reasonable person would still hope that never happens. It's just that if the situation does come up, they'd rather be traumatized than dead.

It's better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it. I believe normal people who do carry don't ever want to kill someone, but if they have to use it what happens happens.

I saw a "prank" of a dude walking through a parking lot and pouring liquid from a gas can on cars of people loading groceries and claiming he was gonna burn their shit.

He finally did it to an old white guy who jumped out of his truck, pistol in hand, and said "that better be water, partner".
