Kirsch is in charge of security for the lab and was watching. He seems to be pretty ok with how things are currently progressing.
Unfortunately, he has to keep a low profile cause weyland yutani is planning an invasion. So for security, he has to wait for the right time to counter attack. At least, I hope that's what they are setting up. But also, I'm sure he didn't expect Isaac to die.
As far as characters go, yeah I agree I don't really like anyone. I guess I like the android and the eye lol but this show is like a 6/10 for me. An entertaining 6/10 but there is a lot of things I don't like. But, honestly. Its good enough.
