the buildings upper floors havent been occupied in years aside from it being used to film a couple of shows.

were trying to figure out how he gets in and out of the building. I want to rig something up that will show if a door has been opened but I want it to be hidden so they dont notice it. Any suggestions?

Or maybe you have anyway to setup a wireless network (even a phone hotspot) for a while to get a wireless camera going?

The building operators noticed. And Im alone in the building all night so idc. One of the guards that works my nights off is a tiny woman on top of that.

The guy has hammers and shit in there, and judging by the footprints on a chair in there we think hes stashing shit in the ceiling tiles.

String a hair across where the door opens with a piece of tape on each end. If the hair is broken or pulled from the tape at one end, that door has been opened.

The upper parts of the building are more or less abandoned. It used to be a police station but they moved out years ago. They wont put any money into fixing this problem until someone gets attacked or overdoses. Im just trying to keep me and the other guards safe in the meantime.

This is what I thought but there are about a dozen different ways to get up to that floor and Im losing enough hair as it is

Hmmm, depending on the type of door you could put something on it. Like if it has a bar thing to push it open, put a little bit of powder on top or a crumpled up bit of paper. When it pushes in, it moves the powder. Don't use a lot and no one would really notice. Same thing if it's like a flat handle. It's harder to put on the top of a knob and have it stay, but that also works.
