They say if the dead aren't sent they become fiends but it's kind of vague about how this happens. My question is what's with that ability Seymour has where he can turn into these weird half fiend half Guado abominations for his boss fights and then revert to his previous form? Yunalesca has it as well but since she's gone after one three phase fight, they never really talk about it. I feel like if this was explicitly what they meant about the unsent slowly becoming fiends, this precise thing would be talked about more. Is it like Dark Souls? If they maintain a sense of self and purpose they get to skirt the rules turn into who knows what, but if they're a lowly whoever they just dissipate and turn into weak early game enemies? --- Still waiting on that third threat ...
