I'm trying to do that more.

Especially at work. I have good coworkers, who are competent and actually God people, but it's hard not to feel annoyed at times if/when I have to pick up after some of them..but everyone makes mistakes, and I realize that some have been going through a lot. Going to school full time and doing work... And going through personal problems, like a break up. Something has got to give.

I can't keep thinking of the worst thing or being petty. Even if they take a day off as "sick" when they do it for their mental health. We really know only a small fraction of someone's personal life.

I appreciate the sentiment, but is it OK to judge people who want other people to not exist? Is that "petty"?

I mean if they are shitty people, then I don't see why not. Lol.

And if they really interfere with your work/lazy AF and make you do a lot more, even after communicating and delegating tasks, then yeah that's an issue too. It's hard to not take it personally sometimes if they are bad coworkers.
