Yes, although not among the developed nations.

*keep in mind, this is death per 100k, so if a nation has a really small population, even a few gun related death will make it seem like a serious issue (aka Greenland... 11 death total, but that's regarded to be at twice as higher rate than the US)

In the case of Guatemala, I'd suggest that society still hasn't managed to stick all the pieces back together after being torn apart by decades of brutal oppression, genocide and civil war, and this is what happens when a generation of orphans has grown up on the streets.

Ukraine does not have a gun problem.. Ukraine has a Russian Invasion Problem.
Guns are actually what is saving their ass.
