My job is too miserable and this isn't a hollywood movie where I can just quit and walk off into the sunset and everything will be alright. Even if I ever did find another job... I'd rather just retire for low money rather than wait until I'm old and my body is even more broken to live my life.

Your full pension is going to have like a quarter of the purchasing power by then, let alone a fraction of it.

Do you mind if I ask what your field is?
The only job I can think of that fits your description are municipal government jobs (but is rather sought after for the high pay for relatively low skill... high physical demand though that will leave the employee physically wrecked)
