I had a citizen ride along today so I was showing him our hotspots so we could get into some shit lol. So were in a busy shopping center. By pure luck of course, the store were driving in front of, calls in three shoplifters. I stage outside to wait and as theyre still broadcasting their descriptors, three dudes just take off running from the entrance lol.

I jump out and grab two but the third guy runs but I already got two handcuffed. Course the guy running drops a stolen gun and then my next arriving back sees the guy but doesnt think it was him so the guy is a ghost.

anyways, one of the guy had meth and cocaine in his pocket. So I grab the baggies but I have bad tendency to never wear gloves. Hes like nah man, thats fentanyl not cocaine. Sure as shit it was. So Im just raw dogging a bag of fentanyl, fingers covered in dust.

I did not die luckily

Well we test it on our own but I also had no reason to doubt him. He also fentanyl pills so I dont think he would lie about the powder ya feel me. He was already violating his parole so hes going away for at least a year

Yeah, it's a popular myth that it does for some reason. Like you have to have a special patch for it to work anywhere like that.

Oddly enough, most of the people I deal with who are caught with drugs on them, will flat out admit what it is. They'll even tell you what they took and when, if you ask them.

Well, the ones who know how the process goes. Newbies to it might try to lie, but it's easy and quick the test it.

I saw a video once of a cop who touched the stuff and then acted like he was dying. Either fake or he legit convinced himself he was dying in a panic attack. Never found which was true

No, that's just not how it worked. From my understanding he basically had a panic attack and assumed he od'd because of all the myths. It's just not how it works. Iirc he actually recovered when told he was given narcan, even though he wasn't given any.

no. it needs a suspension to be dissolved, like on the transdermal patches.. the fentanyl is suspended in a gel thats absorbed through your pores. unless you're sitting in a bath tub with a small pool of ice water naked, nothing will happen to you.

unless you are buying your face in it or sitting on a mountain of it naked so it gets up your butt, it will do nothing at all, ever.

Law enforcement and the media have done a terrific job of convincing everyone that you can die just by touching fentanyl. I understand why they do this, but it's not true at all.

Cops REALLY like to pretend that shit knocks them out just by being near it, it's kinda hilarious the ridiculous theatrics they get up to sometimes.
