yeah much like how I was with Elden Ring, I don't even need to hear anything besides "new AAA FromSoft game" at this point

I think the most noteable thing from what I'm seeing here though is that, yeah obviously the game has what the AC fans want, but there are changes and options being presented mechanically here that may pull the Souls people in too, and even some that have bounced off of AC in the past.

A hard lock-on option may not sound like something that is that important, but having played a good bit of AC I can say it's a literal game changer.
