I mean, not all Americans eat the same thing for breakfast (Or even eat breakfast). But yeah, I do prefer sweet stuff for breakfast. But I make anabolic protein pancakes or protein, sugar-free cereal, or I make a protein shake with non-fat greek yogurt, so the sweet stuff I eat isn't unhealthy, just like eating a savory breakfast isn't necessarily healthy for you.

A proper breakfast sandwich is a garlic or onion bagel with a schmear and some lox (or smoked salmon). Maybe some onions and some capers, too.

Just a shit ton of fat and carbs. Like, keep the lox and get rid of the rest of it.
