I wouldn't have minded if there was more of it.

Still fun to quote, music's still good. I like the gameplay but 3 of the campaigns are pretty samey.
I'd rather have an actual last level than 7 emerald minigames though.

Team Dark has a kick ass theme song

Replayed it about a year and a half ago and for the most part I had a very not-fun time (mostly with the later levels). I liked it a lot when I was younger when it first came out, so idk if its because Ive gotten older and the flaws bother me more or if I just suck more than I did back then, but for the most part, it wasnt very enjoyable.

Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 are still very fun for me though

One of the better 3D Sonic games for sure, so it looks great in comparison to its kin, but I don't think it's particularly special outside of being better than most of the other 3D games in the series.

Best thing it did was the Sonic Herpes topic on here, haha.

I liked the switch between 3 characters set-up. Shame to lose team blasts as well.
Maybe they could have tried one of those modern boost centric games but disguised the slower platforming parts and combat as flight/power character sections.

The last decent 3D game unless you count Generations. I know it's a mixed bag, and it's Sonic which is known for low quality games, but the music kicks absolute fucking ass, the team gimmick was pretty cool, and (most of) the levels were fun.

The biggest problems with it are the myriad of glitches. I remember getting fucked over during gameplay quite a few times because the game randomly decides to fuck out. And it also has the same problem as Adventure 1 where you repeat levels too much.

It's not that great. I was pretty disappointed with it after being hyped.

Also, I didn't care for its final story arc. It was pretty boring and felt dull.

The final story has What I'm Made Of though.

What I'm Made Of is similar to Live and Learn And Open Your Heart, but it's better.

Best 3D Sonic game by a country mile. Never quite got the same highs from any other Sonic game like Heroes.

I can't ever understand why the game gets so much hate.

It's alright, not near as replayable as Adventure though.

The gameplay is a bit broken.

For you maybe but I never had a problem with it. There's a lot of nuance and specific button controls/timings that you need to carefully observe. If you don't pay attention or give up too easily, you might think it's broken, but sorry, I don't think it's broken.

Oh and also the final story is literally the part where he goes WE'LL SHOW THAT CREEP THE REAL SUPER POWER OF TEAMWORK!

Whether you want to laugh at or with Sonic, that line is there to help you make it happen.

Not as good as SA2 and maybe not even a good game, but underrated at least. Iirc, it's got a nice feel once you get used to the quirks and stuff. You gotta be real careful using power formation to fight near cliffs. And you hafta do that a fair bit. |:
