You didnt seem to mind my tunneling when it was happening to Isquen. Why do I have to read you as town because youre calling me town? Questioning you and pressing isnt spitting in your face, its playing the game.

I dont want a pat on the head for bringing up sbell (no I tunneled him all day) I want it included in your score keeping. Its the best thing I did all game. How can I look at you excluding that and not raise an eyebrow when Im scums best chance for a mislynch today? Also, you voting for me, very briefly voting for sbell then voting for me again all happened before you got drunk. I think you wanted to vote sbell because you knew my points were correct, then it didnt gain traction until later with crescent so you unvoted to continue towards my mislynch. Ironically a mislynch of the guy who was advocating loudest for the scum roleblockers head.

Perspective check, assuming one of you is scum, your path to victory is the other+me. This whole exchange makes me trust you slightly less. Role wise, mason recruiter fits the least.

Gameplay wise so far, it still feels like wallz is the obvious answer.

That post absolutely stinks to me because at this point, I think the only reason to even consider me scum is youre just thoroughly convinced unlynchable and my role cant exist. Me and crescent were the one two punch that, without us, sbell doesnt get murdered.

I want an actual answer. Whats supposedly so obvious? I killed Ulti, the guy who insisted I am town to keep alive the town confirmed player who suspects me the most? Cmon now.

Honestly, unlynchable and your role have very little actual game interaction. If I read right, you aren't "tree stump" as people have been calling it, but you are claiming you get to talk after death. You don't really change the numbers. Unlynchable is considerably stronger.

The weird interaction with you is actually on top of mason recruiter. Which is an argument I am surprised you haven't really gone towards.

That isn't to say your claim and unlynchable together don't sound odd as well, mind you. The angle people have taken just doesn't quite match as well as what we actually have on the table.

Less about scummy(Scummy requires more digging, PoE, less so), more about PoE. Lea had IGCD support, Isquen unlynchable, Crescent/Abacus had a couple stand out moments that felt like they probably didn't come from scum(Its been a little while since I read it back, but Abacus basically showed up to lynch kirby).

You don't really have those individual moments that scream more than blending in.

(And if Isquen is scum the host is banned forever)

Ok so apparently youre talking about everyone elses gameplay and not mine. That was not clear.

Crescent is obviously town and Abacus also looked good when here albeit briefly. Placed a key vote on Kirby and when abacus said sbell looked bad sbell was all like IGCD said his vote was serious okay!?!!? which seems like sbell reacting panicky to another member of town finding him scummy.

Hell your pointing out peaf to Lopen while Lopen is sitting with his vote on sbell.

These were in response to Lea putting sbell -1.

These were great acting jobs by sbell if Lea is scum btw. I don't typically buy getting close to personal in response to a scummate piling on to you. Sbell got real defeatist there in a hurry.

Ive been trying to think of some other explanations for the unfortunately part of your role pm. Only thing that makes sense with what weve seen of the game is Sultan saying something like this:

[stuff about you and sultan being scum in a game together, winning] Unfortunately (peafs scan cuts off here) I wont be able to join you this time around so heres an extra kill to help your team. And then red youre scum strongman.

I think you have made a stretch. And that doesn't make sense in context because in that game Sultan didn't really join, he literally melted day 1 in like an hour.

Also "unfortunately" was a keyword I gave to peaf specifically so he'd know I was telling the truth. He went from "Red is 85% scum" to immediately being like "wait no".

See red my dilemma is I think you seemed town when standing up to peafs questioning, but outside of that youve been farting around, complaining about not feeling like playing, not actively questioning or suspecting anyone.

Unlike everyone but Crescent, Ithat Im town. If Isquen is scum its utter bullshit. That leaves you and Lea. If Isquen trusted me we could lynch you and Lea in any particular order and be guaranteed to win. But literally no one seems interested in even questioning Lea other than me so oh well.

Anyway, reiterating that while I suppose its possible Abacus made a good fake out. It was 5-3, a contentious lynch still. Kirby isn't posting like someone that is giving up. If we assume 3 man scum team, scum really doesn't necessarily want to cut bait with a team member if they don't have to. Abacus shows up and basically brings down a hammer to kirby(Not quite, but 6-3 in the morning like that is tone-changing when it could have gone 5-4). I don't think there is a way I would consider that slot to be scum.

2.240 - Also I'd really been thinking I'd had today setup to play XVI with when d1 started so I'm not really happy playing right now.

2.269 - We got stuck between two players after that. And despite me saying I wanted day 1 to go longer, I woke up to the day being long over.

Hell I would have begged not to end the day just so we wouldn't get a new day so early(I was actually excited for XVI).

2.272 - I was definitely not looking at the day ending anytime soon. Though admittedly the gladiate killed a lot of my luster.

None of those are complaining about not feeling like playing.

The first is me actively playing. The second is me literally venting frustration at people making detrimental plays(And the host not giving sufficient night time, nevermind that he outed me as having no night action if scum wanted to be really mean and pay attention to my timestamps or discord status).

The third is literally gladiate killing fire. Killing fire is not complaining about feeling like playing. Fire in mafia is, well, not that easy to fire up if things aren't lined up right.

You were also the one to float the redirect claim that Sbell ended up using.

Not happy playing is not "not feeling like playing". If I'm not feeling like playing I just wont play.

I mean, you are free to take it that way. But it really isn't the most compelling of gameplay discussions.

Despite Lea getting or faking being big mad about me playing this fine game of mafia and directing serious suspicion and pressure her way without any personal insults or inappropriate conduct, I just thought of a reason why Lea is probably not the optimal lynch today (my gut hasnt changed about her though).

If Lea is scum with Red (or anyone technically), I feel like she wouldve faked a scan by IGCD. She couldve started the day saying hey guys this was our gambit and also IGCD scanned Wallz guilty. No one wouldve blinked, I highly doubt I survive that. If theres two scum left, only one mislynch was and still is needed for scum to win, the game wouldve been over.

Now this doesnt clear Lea. It could be that Lea is the last scum standing. In this case she couldnt fake an IGCD scan because when that person flipped town and not miller, we would know she faked the scan. If theres one scum left they need two mislynches.

I'm pretty sure we are only dealing with 1 scum just from the way everyone has lined up so the point is mostly moot. But it is still not an original thought.

I remember Lea saying she couldve faked a scan if she was scum. I remember Ulti and Crescent both saying they think theres only one scum left. I dont remember the specific point as I just made it but maybe I overlooked it.

You say I have no enthusiasm, but honestly I've had a fair bit for me. This characterization has honestly been so perplexing this game. Nevermind the continued fault for being inactive at times when I was literally sleeping.

You dont typically criticize people for voting for your scummates. Especially as essentially an opening post to the game, since that is going to stand out big later.

First decent post youve made in a long while, red. I can see where that wouldnt be typical, but that doesnt guarantee anything either. Its something to keep in mind but not something you can use to permanently town clear someone.

I missed responding to this. Yes, I am allowed to post in thread after death but Im still dead and do not count towards towns numbers. I just get to blab on here instead of going to dtc.
