Still, sometimes they feel like they missed a few. Or, at least fans feel that way. Sometimes, the devs actually have these things planned but they get scrapped down the line(Yosuke, Junpei). Sometimes they appear in other media(Sae) and sometimes, just fans demand it. Personally, I liked the idea of Sae. Considering how important she is, and the strong connection you have with her starting from the very beginning of the game, as well as the changing of her heart...I felt she should have been one. The anime did some nice fanservice for it, but I felt like it wasn't as satisfying as actually being able to get a fully fleshed out one in the games themselves.
