That's not enough. You also have to make sure no mod can twist your words to imply something you didn't actually mean to say; while having no idea what they're actually going to interpret anything as.

That one is fair enough, and you can repost them if they're only a violation in their original context (the obvious examples being off-topic, or spoilers if you put a warning when reposting).

I mean technically you can get banned just for having an offensive username or profile/signature without a post, but without a single post the chance of a moderator running across that is very unlikely. =P
