It was ubiquitous to the point where every chain restaurant + mom/pop shop were making suggestion boxes and placing them practically everywhere. I wonder why they've stopped doing it?

Now I remember. It's because most of those suggestions consisted of pre-teen degenerate trolls that thought writing something edgy/lewd was cool despite wasting numerous resources.

• "Your water is too warm. I suggest putting two cubes of ice to make it room temperature."
• "The chicken tasted funky. Can you tell your chefs to stop making love to my food?"

My last retail employer had to stop a new customer feedback initiative because customers overwhelmingly complained about the products being too old and too expensive.
