I've only watched clips, but they always have to show the person in the worst states of their addiction. Always have to show them dangerously intoxicated or doing something dangerous, like driving. They have to be pushing them towards these things. I wonder if they ever paid for the drugs just so they could have their footage. It's concern trolling in show form.

I think it'd be easier and less liable to just fake everything with actors than to actually make a documentary about people addicted.

A&E is just another channel that's a shell of its former self. Add it to the disasters that are CC, TLC, MTV, History, and more.

forgot Bar Rescue shows

My best friend and I stayed at a Marriot for a vacation and since all they had was cable (not a smart tv either), the channel flipping experience was exactly all that. When you're thanking the universe for streaming services, you know the traditional home entertainment landscape is THAT fucking bad.
