Chocolate chip cookies layered between 5 layers of cool whip (so cookie, then cool whip, then cookie, repeat), topped with crushed crispy crunch bars, drizzle of chocolate and caramel on the top, and the outer portion lined with kit kat bars stood upright. Freeze for a few hours so it functions like an ice cream cake. Can't have it anymore thanks to recent Diabetes type 2, but I'm down like 20 lbs so there is an upside to the downside.
