quick version, i was walking through an old house, reached a bedroom hidden away behind a bunch of shit piled up, saw a hole in the ceiling that lead to the attic, but there was an entire refrigerator wedged up there to block it off. i started pulling it down out of the way bit by bit, and then i noticed something on the other side was pushing it away and squeezing out. i started pushing it back up, but it was too late, some kind of figure grabbed my head and bit it or something, i'm not sure what happened, but i woke up afterward.

In the dream I went to reach for something, but it wasnt there! Because it had turned into WOOD!

Then they gave Sinbad another tv show!

Probably not what you are looking for, but on rare occasion I have that dream where I am falling, and I wake up feeling like I'm about to fall out of bed and brace myself, with that same rollercoaster drop feeling in my stomach for a second.

It's very odd to me that for that split second it does feel like I am in a free fall and scrambling until I come to my senses. I wonder if this is sort of where "Out of body experiences" stem from, with a combination of lucid dreaming.

i had a dream where i got scammed in billiards and lost my entire life savings in the game of pool, well how did i lose? my opponent sunk every ball on the first shot giving me chance to compete, when i protested the entire bar beat me up and said i lost

I had a dream where I was supposed to be valiantly rescuing my friend but I was a little kid with a wooden sword and a big fat woman kidnapped him.

I run into a plywood castle, challenge her and demand my friend back. The enormous woman seems to disregard me as a threat. In response she begins a swaying motion back and forth, the rhythmic bob almost hypnotizing. She lifts up her sweaty fat arm and points to her armpit and to the rhythm of the sway declares "pits pits pits pits".

This continues back and forth where I slash at her with my sword and she replies by just pointing back to her armpits and continuing to sway as she chants pits.

After the final time her large granny dress is kind of torn. But this time her response is to turn around point to her exposed buttocks, spread her cheeks and continue to chant "pits". Her bunghole disgusts me so badly I think I woke up from the dream.

I once dreamed I had entered the Backrooms via an elevator in a hospital back when I was a kid and long before I had even heard of the concept of the Backrooms.

Wound up getting out of the elevator and wandering the empty hallways all the while getting an increasingly paranoid feeling that something was following me even though I kept looking around and seeing nothing.

Nothing actually scary happened other than that and I just woke up completely out of the blue.

That dream has stuck with me to this very day due to how eerily similar it is to the original concept of the Backrooms, just sayin.

I sometimes have a dream where I live in a different house or apartment. There are elements of places I have lived in, but also some that my brain is just making up. It's a different place each time and everything is a little off. There's an unstable floor, or a room is partly flooded and moldy, or most of the furniture is gone and you don't remember what happened to it.

The amount of unsettling stuff that's "off" varies from just a little and it's otherwise a normal or nice dream, to a lot of weirdness and disrepair.

I'm pretty sure it's an anxiety dream of some kind.

From an older topic I made about when I had a dream I was a hitman

One day, my client gave my target who, to my horror, was my best friend, Barique. I couldnt do it, so I went to my friend and admitted to him that I was a hitman and what happened, and asked why someone would want him dead.

And he instantly changed into a costume and said he was the Flash.

Then randomly we were on a small island that was somehow sailing towards a big island, and I was taking pictures of an orca with one of those old ass disposable cameras that used to be a thing like 20 years ago.

I woke up confused.

Maybe that weird name Barique was because of Barry Allen, but I have no idea where the rest of the dream comes into play.

A witch is a popular dance instructor. Her skill is well known. She is beautiful, wears a small white dress, and has nearly fully black eyes, the sign of her witchiness. She has an overweight son, hes very unlike her. Awkward, not stylish. She constantly criticizes him, embarrasses him. One day, he is found dead. While nobody accuses her of having done anything herself, rumors begin to circulate that her treatment of him caused his death. The well-respected witch is close to becoming a pariah. The pressure gets to her. She starts to go naked, and forces her dancers to be naked as well. This spreads, to the point that being makes is the fashion. It becomes sacrilege not to be. Many are fine with it, including some perverts who always wanted to go naked. But those who want to stay clothed have to fight off hordes.

so I left out some bits. There was a robot who was kind of like a human, in terms of personality, who saw the witch for what she was in the first place. The perverts who were fine getting naked were Hisoka and Illumi from HxH, and those that wanted to stay clothed were Zeno, Silva, and the PT, also from HxH.

Id say the visuals of the dream were what made for the creepy flair.

Had a dream that I was in a grocery store and stopped next to a decrepit old man in an aisle. He started talking about the inevitability of death, and after pretending to care about what he was saying I turned and walked away when I heard the sound of wet meat flopping onto the floor, constantly. I ended up scared out of my mind and darted to outside the store that, when I looked back, I could see the old man where he was except with no skin.

Haven't had the time to read all these yet, bump.

When I was younger, I had a dream that the exorcist chick was chasing me around a rotting church while she was constantly screaming "FUCK ME!" in a demonic voice. She was fast as fuck and bouncing around the walls and I knew she was toying with me. When I realized I couldn't get away, I kinda surrendered but luckily woke up before...the deed actually happened

I usually had dreams about me staring at a turned off CRT TV. No video, just the tv humming and me staring at my own reflection.
i guess it wasnt really a dream since I had a habit of doing that, and sometimes it was hard to tell whether or not I was asleep, it was just something that kinda creeped me out.

probably the first time I ever discovered/ experienced what a sleep paralysis was when I had the same dream but the tv suddenly displayed a disembodied head and for whatever reason I couldnt move and as I stared at the tv that disembodied head suddenly opened its mouth and yelled really loud. Felt like I was having a seizure or something.

ever since that experience I never had the same dreams about me randomly staring at CRT TV.

I once had a dream where this government lady was going to inject me with a orange-red serum and I KNEW that it was some kind of MKUltra sort of experiment.

Some jesus-looking guy lying face-up expressionless in water in an infinite square room being dragged further and further away from a beach inside that room by a ghost-like lady somehow able to walk on the water floor despite the water getting deeper and deeper.

If you don't get, that makes two of us.
And I know I wasn't dreaming about a horror movie because I was young and this was before The Ring.

When Im under prolonged stress, I have this recurring dream where Im at my parents house and there is a small infestation of bugs, but every time I think Ive killed them all, more of them appear. Every time I look away, the bugs become more numerous and more frightening until I wake up.

When I was little I used to have recurring nightmares where some ominous figure was stalking me with intent to kill me. I knew he was after me, and he knew that I knew that he was after me. Throughout the dream the lights would gradually get darker and darker, and Id catch passing glimpses of him here and there until finally he decided to just abruptly kill me.

The most terrifying dream I remember, I had when i was a kid.

Some ghosts came to get me and I woke up scared. I ran out of my room to tell my parents, but when I opened the door, the hallway was different. I woke up and went to tell my parents, but the hallway was different.

This happened dozens of times, with the hallway getting increasingly weird and scary.

Once in a while (though not as much recently) I'll have a dream that I'm suddenly years in the past. I'm fully aware this isn't the right time and stressed out. Time goes by in the dream, and I start to worry that when I get back to the "present" I'll jump to the past again.

I dreamt there was a mummy (Mayan, not Egyptian) in my aunt's closet, only the closet turned out
to be a corridor with lots of corners and you could never see the mummy but you could always hear it approaching the door.

A couple years ago my assistant at work died suddenly. About a week after his death I had this dream. In the dream I got to work and he was there. He was with the day crew, which odd because he worked swing shift with me. He walks over to me and says "I gotta go now." I responded by telling him "I know you do." And he was gone.

Idr tbh I forget almost all my dreams. Just few details here and there. Last night's dream had something to do with mushrooms that contained a great evil .

There was a city, with a large area of woods outside of it. There was a tall highway, kind of like this: https://shorturl.at/OPW89

But it was a video game, and there was a T-rex on the loose. He was slightly taller than the highway, so his head was even with/slightly above the road. If you got too close he would definitely be able to eat you. I was running on the highway while he was running along next to it. I ended up getting out of the city and was just at the entrance to the woods when I looked back (for some reason I remember thinking I was 1 mile away from the T-rex). The T-rex looks DIRECTLY at me. And I mean fucking directly, into my god damn eyes, from an entire mile away. I can't even put in to words how much I KNEW that he was looking right at me. And even though he was so far away, him catching me was inevitable. I had lost. So I loaded the game menu and deleted the save, essentially deleting myself from existence.

I don't know what that means or why you keep posting that video

Here's a creepy dream I just had. I was at my friend's house and on the table he had... a super burrito. It was a gigantic burrito that was stuffed with regular sized burritos...

I still remember a dream from my childhood that still haunts me today, we used to live in a rundown apartment on the fourth floor, I had to bathe as a little kid started doing so unsupervised, one morning I went to bathe. Then I heard a voice outside the bathroom window and see a little girl making faces at me. I thought at first it cute and funny until I realized that side of the building doesnt have stairwells or walkways going up to our level

I dreamt that I was being eaten by a dog-sized banana spider. I screamed at my friend to call animal control or the cops but he apparently didn't know their number . I woke up several hours early cuz of this.

I kept seeing this kind of ghostly face. The features would appear on walls or in distant darkness.

Oh yeah about a week ago I dreamt someone robbed my room and took most of my headphones collection. I was so angry that I tortured and killed a guy that I thought robbed me.

Over headphones man!! I hope I am not this messed up irl!!

Back a few years ago I had this odd little dream. I often dream lucidly or have extremely vivid dreams, so I could relay hundreds, but this is one of the ones that really stood out that isn't too esoteric/personal to seem weird.

I was walking into my local movie theater, like the actual theater room, where stuff was dark. I walked up the steps and something odd was playing on the screen that looked kind of like how a 3D film looks like if you take your glasses off; colors were muted and progressively getting worse. Reality was kind of warping around the screen, too.

I walked up the steps and I saw something that's still very, very diffcult to describe. It was essentially a silhouette of a person, but reality seemed to fade/decay around it. When I noticed it, it took a step down the stairs, and everything shifted with it like it was some kind of void/black hole but personified. I had this sensation that still really hits me to this day that I met something I was not supposed to see/know about and ran very fast.

The dream kind of continued after this - there was a moment where I confronted whatever "it" was in a dark room, but I woke up when that happened and nothing has ever been as distinct to me as when I faced it on the stairs. I don't believe in demons, but if they exist, that was one.

I was naked and unstoppable!

I haven't had this dream lately but there's a recurring dream I used to have fairly often (probably had it 50+ times) where I go to a public bathroom to take a pee and there's just rows and rows of toilets, sometimes in like chest-high stalls and sometimes just out in the open, usually arranged similar to office cubicles, and every one of them is filled to the brim with shit
Sometimes there's other patrons too that I have to compete with for a toilet, on top of that

I sometimes have a dream where I'm trapped with a bunch of spiders. It changes up enough that I don't think it's the same one over and over, just ends the same.

I don't recall a lot of the details, but they usually end up with me having to crawl into some dirty place like underneath my house, or through a cave tunnel. I always end up going face first into a spider web which has little spiders all over in it and they start crawling on me.

By that point there's no turning back and I'm too constrained by the surroundings to do anything, so I try to push through and continue when bigger ones show up I end up just covered in webs with spiders crawling through my clothes. I'm not trapped by them or anything, just totally covered by the webs I'm crawling through while freaking out. Eventually I have to do a death roll to try and kill them off of and just dislodge more and more from above.

Then the dream ends when I either start screaming for help, or I give up and just lay still hoping they'll leave.

Then there's the dreams where you have to pee badly, and in the dream everyone and everything is trying to keep you from peeing, and then the only place to pee is really gross or the toilet is broken or it's in public... so out of desperation you pee in a sink or into the already flooded toilet or in public trying to hide what you're doing - but you still have to pee in the dream, there's no relief!

Then you wake up and realize you had to pee badly in real life. I worry about this type of dream for when I get older and don't have very good control of my bladder anymore.

Bump

Was playing the piano in an old western type of bar

Creepy chick was eyeballing me and I avoided eye contact and kept playing

She was the last to leave and when she finally did, I turned around and found out she somehow murdered everyone in the bar

She reappeared and shot me a few times in the chest, I fell backwards onto my piano and I slowly faded to black... and suddenly my vision came back, crystal clear, along with a sharp pain

She had thrust her arm into my chest, looked me right in the eye and said:

"Just in case, no witnesses"

And ripped my heart out, waking me up instantly
