Where can I watch those? I was able to watch Your Name on Crunchyroll.

I managed to find them on.... particular sites.

If you can't find them on Netflix or Crunchyroll etc. it looks like Dailymotion might have them.

Your Name is the best overall for me.

But The Garden of Words, Weathering With You and Suzume probably have the most spectacular animation quality, and possibly the best soundtracks.

Saw it in theaters as well, to a reasonably crowded showing.
Your Name is probably the best of the three, and Suzume the worst - which is to say it's still amazing and stunning visually just at a crazy high bar.
Your Name is a straight up masterpiece.
If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend A Silent Voice.

If your TV has a USB port, you probably could use a memory card that has video files on it.

Or perhaps set up a household network share drive if it's a smart television.

Seems like a film I've already seem several times, with at least two of them involving Bruce Willis.

I just watched Weathering with You last night for the 6th or 7th time. Although I consider Your Name the better movie, I generally consider Weathering my favorite of the 3.

And yea, Suzume came to US theaters this past April. I didn't catch Your Name (or Weathering) on the big screen, so my girlfriend and I made sure to go for it. Definitely worth a watch. Impatiently waiting for it to be available in stream to re-watch.

Edit: Btw it's pretty easy to miss, but Taki and Mitsuha both have cameos in Weathering

Makoto Shinkai has been directing since the early 2000s, he's directed like 10 movies, Your Name was like his 6th movie. 5 Centimeters per Second is one of his earlier popular works

Youre just chasing the dragon man, its all downhill from here, the other makoto shinkai stuff is just as beautiful but the stories arent on the level of your name

Yes in the manga's perspective, the story just kinda ends on a weird 2/3 of the way in. They get together and all that and have a much more conclusive end in the manga (ngl, I don't see how anybody could see the story going in any other way but ok)

Eh. I will spend a few extra dollars for better quality. I may have been thinking of a different movie but once my Crunchyroll trial expires I was going to buy Your Name on Amazon and I thought it said $14.99.

I'm not a huge fan of Paprika, but it was worth watching for the visuals. I can see why people like it.

Perfect Blue is more my style, and Tokyo Godfathers was good too.

Vudu was kind enough to refund me the English version just now so I went with the much preferred Japanese instead.

It really is such a great film, but still, I liked Suzume even more. :)

I'm thinking about straight buying that movie so I can finally watch it.

I've only seen perhaps 5 Japanese animated movies in my lifetime.

Not really my thing.

I'd give Weathering with You a positive score on Rotten Tomatoes just to be kind, but it wasn't much for me.

I greatly enjoyed Your Name and Suzume though.

Thought those both were incredibly outstanding. :)

Of the 3, Weathering With You was my favourite, with Your Name not far behind, and Suzume just good, but not great.
