He seems more like a parody of a WWE star in a sitcom or something than an actual WWE star. You can tell there's a bit if inspiration from The Rock and Stone Cold, but at the same time those guys were, you know, their actual personalities turned up to 11. Southernfatman 07/19/23 1:40:55 PM #7:	I don't watch WWE or any current wrestling really outside youtube clips and such, but for a time I was watch NWA and he was going by Eli Drake and he was a favorite of mine then. I imagine he's even better now. Some say he's a ripoff of Rock and Austin and I noticed the similarities back then in the way he talks. I think he's more heavily inspired by them than just ripping them off. He's not doing eyebrow raises and calling people jabronis and candy asses and he's not a beer drinking redneck giving people the finger. He's cocky and egocentric like how a lot of wrestlers used to be.
