Which lift are most in awe of?






Tough call. Probably the squat for me, but the overhead press gets points just because it feels triumphant as fuck to lift something heavy over your head like that. Its the most fuck you exercise out of them, which is pretty cool.

Overhead press because it is the easiest to get injured. You need to have both arms around same strength and you need to have shoulder mobility.

Really? I'm not a high-level lifter but I was about to wonder if it was the *least* likely of the four to cause injury. Bench press is notorious for wrecking shoulders, and you hear horror stories of people getting hurt squatting/deadlifting all the time.
