Do you eat the most important meal of the day?

I personally don't, I eat it maybe once a month if my fiance and I are doing a road trip or something, or if we're meeting up with somebody for brunch.

Other than that, I simply don't eat in the mornings. I don't really get hungry at all in the first half of the day, and could even skip lunch without really feeling too hungry (but I don't). Not sure if it's an ADHD thing or a slow metabolism thing.

A cigarette and a Coke
Make it a cigarette, a black coffee and a shot of vodka and you have the national breakfast of Finland.

My "breakfast" is usually just a coffee energy drink, but sometimes on a weekend day I'll fix a bowl of cereal or a sausage/egg/cheese buscuit.

I do, but I sort of understand that the phrase "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" is no longer really true. I just eat breakfast (Greek yogurt + toasted muesli with fruit) out of habit.

I'll sometimes make peameal bacon, eggs and toast when I wake up on the weekend.

But I never eat breakfast during my work week. I've always been a wake up and go kinda person. No morning routine at all.

Emphatically yes. I make a plate full of breakfast burritos every Sunday and warm one up for breakfast every day throughout the week.

I don't have a specific recipe, I just use some chorizo, eight eggs, onions, garlic, gochujang, and various vegetables (whatever is on sale) to fill up the large pan I use which makes eight burritos.

Various vegetables (and fruits) have at one point or another included to cabbage (red, green, napa, flat, bok choy), chickpeas, pineapple, tomatoes, eggplant, bell peppers, firm tofu, olives, fennel, Chinese celery, jarred green chile, onions, leek, mushrooms, potatoes, cilantro, rutabaga, parsnip, squash, and I'm sure others. That's just what I remember having used at some point or another.

I use an unusually large pan to make a week's worth, what are you planning to do to make a whole month of filling? Slow cooker?

Yes, it is mainly veggies. Even for the chorizo, it's only about 12 oz.

Maybe halfway.

I do religiously drink a glass of a Vitamin-C heavy drink first thing in the morning.

Either orange juice or cranberry juice.

Then I do a heavy duty teeth-brushing and flossing session right after. The only difference with a regular breakfast would be if I had some solids too. But I find it makes me more sluggish coming into the office first thing. And when you come into the office in my industry, you already need to be on point and ready to go.
