It was a good sign that they would be drawing inspiration from Raiders of the Lost Ark or The Last Crusade -- the two universally loved Indiana Jones movies. It's also topical with the rise of white supremacy in the US. Indiana Jones went from battling uniformed Nazi soldiers in the opening scene to spending the movie chasing after a Wernher von Braun stand-in who assimilated into life in the US without penalty after the war. It's a statement that not all fascism comes baring its colors openly or marching in an army that we can fight back against. It's something that must be weeded out in society and kept from taking root. ... Copied to Clipboard!
