Im super lazy

Because getting up and like.. doing stuff is so...ugh

I am super lazy. I've built up my life to make everything as convenient as possible.

Because society wants me to work a lot. Thats enough to make me wanna not do it.

Laziness is one of my biggest weaknesses and I give in to it sometimes sadly

I follow the philosophy of Mediocrates "eh, good enough"

I always put my cart away to protect other vehicles, but make no effort once it's in the corral. If it's not lined up or whatever, eh, good enough.

I'm not lazy just depressed.

I think it's natural to be lazy. The real question is why certain people work so hard when they are working for someone else.

I completely understand the hustle when you start your own business but why break your bones for a company that probably isn't paying you enough and is in no way loyal to you?

Idk tbh; it feels like a primordial trait of my very being. A people-pleasing, perfectionist personality helped me overcome it as a kid but once that started wearing off there was little stopping me from embracing it lol

ADHD and severe depression make me feel lazy.

I'm pretty sure it's baked into our genes through evolution. If you're a primitive hunter-gatherer who doesn't always have a steady supply of food it's useful for survival not to expend more energy than you have to.

I don't know if lazy is the right word, but I like to do what I want when I want, and grinding away at things that don't matter is not what I want to do. I also used to work a lot harder than I do now, but hard work has rarely, if ever, been rewarded, except with more work and responsibility, so what is my motivation to work hard?

Ive learned that its probably because of my autism. It takes extra mental energy to do tasks and respond to things when theres not a right or wrong answer, and dealing with stimuli in the outside world. Its exhausting and I need to spend alone time being lazy to recover.
