A resident of Aldine, Texas may soon lose his home--not for a bypass road--but so that the local school district can build a parking lot for the high school football stadium. Frankly if the local school district were building a football stadium adjacent to my home, I'd want to get as far away from there as possible, but is still sucks for this family. Not long after I left they spent tons of money returfing the field or whatever they do. You hear tons and tons of stories just like that.
