Thus should a patient not be able to afford the costs needed to seek those services provided by the hospital(s), they will be dump to another facility that may be able to offer those services. Other times it's unclear what forms they should be using to get your medications okay'd. Your card will say a bunch of stuff, but it'll just go through Caremark/Escripts/Medicaid. Its not super cut and dry sometimes. Generally, if it's there's issues theyd just ask to verify the info on your forms though. More often than not it's something dumb like an incorrect zip code or something. There are definitely folks that let their insurance lapse and still try to use it though. --- I don't believe in belts.
