It is a good career choice. I get paid a lot, have good benefits, and there is a sense of fulfillment when you actually catch bad guys. Or when you help some a major case. Im gonna my time in patrol, like the freedom of being out there and go where ever you want. but Ill enjoy being a detective more --- Darkprince45 ... Copied to Clipboard!

Having a national police with national standards isn't perfect, but it prevents the "corrupt local cops" syndrome that is endemic to US law enforcement. It's even a movie trope, it's so widespread here. --- Putin delenda est ... Copied to Clipboard!
