kentucky and kansas. 3 very red states iirc. Is there any state where most voters would really vote to make it illegal in almost all cases? In Ohio, we have a special election next Tuesday where anti-abortion groups are trying to change the state constitution so a 60% threshold is established for changes (rather than 50%+1). The GOP (and a lot of out of state dark money) is supporting this because they know that the Dems want to put abortion rights on the ballot --- people who car cars a whip are so cringe ...
